Terms of Service

Agreement

By accessing Qualen, creating a company account, booking a demo, or completing an assessment invite, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Company accounts and invite codes

Qualen is offered to companies through approved onboarding. Access to company registration may require an invite code issued after a demo or explicit approval by Qualen. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Candidate assessments

Candidates may access Qualen only through a valid assessment invite sent by a customer organization. Candidates must provide accurate identity information, complete verification steps, and follow assessment instructions. Qualen may restrict concurrent sessions, monitor proctoring signals, and terminate access for suspected abuse or policy violations.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share assessment links, credentials, or invite codes outside authorized recipients.
• Attempt to bypass proctoring, session limits, or security controls.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform except as permitted by law.
• Use Qualen to discriminate unlawfully or process personal data without a lawful basis.

Customer responsibilities

Companies using Qualen are responsible for configuring assessments, obtaining any required candidate consents, complying with employment and privacy laws, and using assessment results as one input among others in hiring decisions.

Billing

Paid plans, if applicable, are billed according to the order form or subscription terms presented at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in writing.

Intellectual property

Qualen retains all rights in the platform, branding, and underlying software. Customers and candidates retain rights in content they submit, while granting Qualen the rights necessary to host, process, and display that content for service delivery.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Qualen is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qualen disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Qualen's total liability arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount paid by the customer to Qualen in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the platform. Customers may stop using Qualen at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive.
